AJI Green Corner Every good Realtor® has to wear a lot of different hats. You know, sometimes you’re the psychologist, or maybe the school system specialist, or the plumber, or even the weatherman (or woman)! And these days, you just have to be the “Green Expert” too. People expect it. You know, that go-to person who somehow knows all those handy hints and special deals that your buyer is dying to use day one after closing escrow.
So we thought we’d help you out. As you can see, we’re calling it “The AJI Green Corner” and our goal is to provide you with the information you’ll need to be really on-it when the need arises. (We also care about the sorry state of our planet and want to be a force for positive change, but that’s another story.)
We’ll be your Green Resource Guide. We’ll regularly provide you with some cool information you can use right away. We might examine the world of tax credits for solar power, or study the merits of gray water capture, or even figure out your carbon footprint (which, as an AJI Realtor® Associate, will be greatly reduced). We might investigate the merits of energy efficient mortgages, get the scoop on low-flow toilets, or even get some Feng Shui pointers for making your client’s homes more …harmonious.
We’ll talk each issue and hopefully learn a lot about some money-saving, earth-resuscitating ideas to make you, the Realtor® Associate-Extraordinaire, a superstar in your own community.

What about DocStar We are excited about our new file storage system DocStar which replaced Filezilla. You can now upload your Disbursements, Sales Contracts and Listings to the new system. We have a new employee Ruthie Flechsig that will be entering and moving the documents from Filezilla to DocStar and this |

So far all of the agents that have been using the system find it easy to use and we have received hundreds of documents using the new DocStar Agent Portal. |
